Frontend / Full-stack Web Developer with product focus

With a background in store operations at a global apparel company, I design and build practical business and shopping experiences as web apps.

  • Full-stack development with Next.js App Router, TypeScript, and Prisma/PostgreSQL
  • Design and implementation of a multi-tenant purchase-planning app (subdomain routing, RBAC)
  • Auth, i18n, server-side validation, deployment
  • Unit / integration testing with Vitest

Based in Saitama, Japan Open to hybrid roles in the Tokyo area or remote roles

I believe the best web apps should be minimal, refined, and built to serve the product's core purpose: helping people make decisions, stay organized, and take action without clutter, confusion, or wasted time.

  • Start with a small, working slice of the product.
  • Define schemas and constraints early (so the app stays coherent as it grows).
  • Write code that's readable first, clever second.
  • Treat UI copy and micro-interactions as part of engineering, not an afterthought.

About / what I'm looking for

I'm aiming for Frontend / Full-stack Web Developer with product focus roles where I can own features end-to-end, from UX and UI copy to backend logic and deployment.

Strengths

  • Observing user behavior and real-world constraints from store operations experience
  • Turning customer-facing and team operations experience into clear UI copy and usable flows
  • Building product foundations people can trust, including auth, permissions, and routing

Ideal environment

  • A product team that values practical UX, clear constraints, and maintainable systems
  • Tokyo-area hybrid or remote (JST)
